After Shipment: Once your order has been dispatched or handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be canceled or modified.

2. Returns

7-Day Return Policy: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the décor product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition with all tags and original packaging intact.

3. Exchanges

10-Day Exchange Policy: We offer exchanges within 10 days of delivery, provided the décor product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition with all tags and original packaging intact. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

4. Refunds for Damaged or Wrong Items

If your product arrives damaged during transit (e.g., broken or damaged packaging) or if you received the wrong item, you are eligible for a refund or exchange.

To help us process your refund quickly:
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Provide your Order Number.
Share a clear photograph or video showing the damaged product or the incorrect item received.

 Refund Timeline: Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7 days.
